- The ability to demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing practice.
- The ability to facilitate and manage change within the clinical environment.
- Commitment to the delivery of evidence based care.
- Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a flexible team orientated approach.
- Provide nursing leadership and expertise and contribute to the education, training and support of fellow health professionals.
- Provide clinical and operational support to the SCN.
