Customer Service Specialist

The role of the Client Account Specialist is very important to the operation of the company. The Client Account Specialist acts as the liaison between the customer and Niacc-Avtiech's operations. A friendly voice, willingness to help, and swift response to questions are crucial to the success of this position and the success of Niacc. You will report directly to the Director Customer Service/Procurement and in the absence of the manager, your direct report will be the Sr. Client Account Specialist.

The following outlines the primary job responsibilities of this position:

  • Open work orders as needed.
  • Manages assigned accounts, main point of contact.
  • Answer incoming calls as needed.
  • Verify all information from customer's packet is legible once it's scanned.
  • Audit work order packages for accuracy and completion.
  • Inform the Director of Customer Service of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customer.
Requirements:
  • Accurate typing skills at least 50 WPM, which includes 10-key.
  • Two (2) years experience required in related field.
  • Proficient use of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Friendly telephone skills, with a professional use of language.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary, strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail.
  • Aviation related experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends as needed.
  • Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
