What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manger - Niagara County Industrial Development Agency position at Niagara County Center for Economic Development?
· Meet with businesses and business associations
· Attend networking groups within focused business sectors
· Attend tradeshows, conferences, breakfasts, tournaments, etc.
· Create and maintain relationships with professionals in the business community such as developers, realtors, bankers, etc.
· Collaborate to promote and identify sites in Niagara County
· Inform businesses regarding incentives applicable to project
· Prepare project information to support applications
· Connect companies with other agencies that can assist with projects
· Attend public hearings for new projects
· Work with staff to assist with project information necessary for audits, board meetings, compliance materials, reporting, etc.
· Collaborate with marketing staff to promote Niagara County
· Field calls and website inquiries from potential companies
· Work with regional entities to respond to site inquires
· Assist senior staff with data collection
· Assist with annual reporting requirements
· Attend committee, legislature or board meetings when necessary
· Collect information to better promote sites, such as utility infrastructure capacity, permitting process, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
