General Description :
SUNY Niagara has a need for a part-time instructor to teach a Public Relations course in our Communication Studies department. Classes are held on the main campus located in Sanborn, NY. Remuneration for this position is : $915 per lecture hour / $819 per lab hour.
In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, SUNY Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis. Openings may or may not exist at this time. Applications are evaluated on an as-needed basis, and candidates will be contacted when the department has an opening. Candidates that submit their information may or may not be notified as to the status of their application.
Typical Work Activities :
- Teach courses in the delivery format agreed upon
- Track attendance as needed
- Report on student learning outcomes at the end of the semester
- Report grades at the conclusion of the semester

Must be able to effectively communicate with students, co-workers, supervisors and the campus community. Must be able to develop, prepare and present information. Must able to operate computers. Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position.
