FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSCIAN ASSISTANT
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Lewiston Primary Care. This position will establish a strong midlevel provider presence at the center working Monday - Friday. This provider opportunity delivers expert Primary Care services, wellness education and screening services and specialist connections at the Tuscarora site.
Previous experience as a N.P. or P.A. and New York State Licensure required.

NFMMC operations include a 171-bed acute care teaching hospital, ER/1 Emergency Department and The Heart Center of Niagara. We are located within easy commuting distance of Buffalo and the surrounding area.
