This role involves independent, hands-on work performing a variety of mechanical, operational, and maintenance tasks across our campuses. With over 500,000 square feet facility space and 200 acres of scenic property, SUNY Niagara’s campuses offer an exceptional setting for this vital role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical, building operation, and maintenance tasks on complex building systems.Utilize journeyman-level skills and trade knowledge to ensure safe, efficient building functionality.Work across two campuses—our main campus in Sanborn, NY, and the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute in downtown Niagara Falls.We provide a stable 40-hour work week with additional overtime opportunities, offering consistency and a supportive work environment.
