SUNY Niagara is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Liberty Partnership Program as Part-Time Case Managers. This grant-funded position will play a crucial role in providing essential services to students in grades 5-12 who are enrolled in our partner school districts, supporting their academic and personal development. Responsibilities of this position include conducting outreach, administering program assessments, planning and implementation of activities, providing academic assistance, and the overall evaluation of students’ needs.In this part-time position you will work up to 28 hours per week. The schedule will be within 8:00-4:30 Monday- Thursday. This position includes paid planning time.
