The Direct Support Professional Success Coach is responsible for the tracking, assisting, and monitoring the progress of an assigned cohort of students at a participating community agency. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to providing academic support, developing and conducting workshops, monitoring student academic progress, supporting continuous student enrollment throughout the program, and ensuring students receive information on available academic and student support services offered at SUNY Niagara or at their agency. Documentation of services and student progress is an essential requirement of this position. Evening and/or weekend hours may be required. Must have reliable internet connection.The rate of pay is based on the level of education the candidate possesses. For a Bachelor’s degree or lower the rate of pay will be $21.22 per hour. For a Master’s degree or higher the rate of pay will be $23.34 per hour.
