SUNY Niagara has an immediate need for part-time Nursing Instructors to teach in clinical areas of fundamentals (nursing home) 6.5 hours per week, Ortho/Neuro 12.5 hours per week, Pediatrics 12.5 hours per week lower level Maternity and lower level Medical Surgical in a Registered Nurse Associate Degree Program. The clinical assignments will be held once per week either with a 6 hour lab or a 12 hour labMaternity and Medical Surgical Clinical opportunities:Sunday 2-8:30 pm or 4-10:30 pmWednesday 2-8:30 pm Friday 2-8:30 pm Oncology/Renal Clinical opportunities:Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 am – 6:30 pmClinical timeframe for the Spring 2024 semester is January 21st – May 16th. Remuneration for this position will be: $819 per lab hour. This position is an exempt position and the compensation earned for the Spring 2024 semester would be $4,914 for a 6 hour clinical rotation or $9,828 for a 12 hour clinical rotation approxamiately $54.60 per hour.Paid orientation to teaching, responsibilities will be provided. Individuals with current clinical proficiency and/or teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
