Software Engineer, Mobile Native AR Mapping

Niantic's Engineering Department seeks a Mobile Native Software Developer to work on AR Mapping.

Niantic Engineering leads the advancement of AR and other immersive technologies while creating engaging apps for a user base of tens of millions every month.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications that allow users to collaboratively build a map of the world.
• Be responsible for mobile client, frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to meet internal standards while cultivating strong working relationships with project team members, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
• Required in-office 2 days a week.

Qualifications

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $158,400.00 - $176,000.00 bonus equity benefits.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
