The role requires you to be solution-focused, enthusiastic and results-driven. This role is highly attractive to candidates who are willing to achieve results and reward themselves in a business with significant growth.

Your Role:

• Ability to acquire, negotiate, influence and close qualified leads.
• Professional engagement to provide the best solution for the customer's home and lifestyle.
• Become an expert across our product range so that our clients are confident in the product features, models & technical details.
• Excelling at customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, builders and architects.
• Weekly face to face client meetings, product presentations and onsite consultations.
• Ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clientele.
• Excellent time management skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Can maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, note-taking, contracts, record keeping.
• Communicate and engage in meetings across all departments.
• Liaising with clients on post-sale communication.
• Attending networking events and industry trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ diploma in business or equivalent.
• 3 years of B2C sales experience.
• MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English (French) language.
