Server (2 Years Serving Experience Required)

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the food and beverage options
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Process payments using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area as a server

Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
