JOB TITLE: Industrial Maintenance Technician Sr.
LOCATION: Texas
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Performs advanced equipment maintenance and repair operations involved in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of equipment and machinery to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Work may be preventative (usually scheduled), or emergency in nature, which may require immediate response.
- Diagnoses malfunctions using technical orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other test equipment.
- Hacking, servicing and possible cleaning of compressors, hydraulics, PLCs/HMIs, motors, relays and contacts, electrical and electronic panels and controls. Replacement of parts and control modules.
- Disassembles, select repair procedures; repair/replacing worn or defective parts, use of hand and power tools, and a variety of machine tools.
- Records and ensures validity of entries into the preventative maintenance data collection and inspection system.
- General facilities maintenance, including plant and office re-layouts, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
- This position will function primarily as a maintenance role but will work closely with remote and on-site teams to solve issues and conduct improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in a manufacturing setting (metal fabrication is a plus, but not required) or equivalent specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
- Experience with PLC’s and Vision systems (Cognex and Keyence a plus)
- Experience with Industrial Fanuc Robots (troubleshooting using pendant, ability to recover robot from a fault)
- Very strong electrical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing equipment, machinery, LOTO and systems.
- Ability in math and an understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure.
- An awareness of health and safety regulatory standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

2:30pm until 11:00pm
40 hours per week.
