Duties

- Manage cash handling processes, including cash register operations and daily financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage waste control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a full service fast food restaurant is preferred.
