As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) in the Phoenix, AZ center, you will be responsible for removing barriers for potential patients to help move them forward with treatment that will dramatically change the quality of their lives.
Responsibilities :
Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and closing gaps patients may have & following up aggressively.Collect paymentMaintain an organized CRM & manage your queues.Follow and suggest improvements to current processesAttend training meetings each weekHours M-F 8am to 5pm with potential of extra hours to secure the sale (no cap on commissions)Qualifications :
Proven track record in sales and meeting KPI’s.CRM systems experience preferredB2C sales experience a plusExcellent verbal communication skills.Strong computer skillsDisplays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal levelDay in the life of life :
Meet with 4-7 warm leads to discuss the process of full arch dental implantsParticipate in sales meetings and daily sales huddles!Connect & follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivationsPresent patient information to the doctors in your clinic to determine diagnosisAssist patients in removing barriers to accepting treatmentAssist patients in applying for financingAdminister a successful handoff to the administrative team for schedulingWe are obsessed with our patients, love what we do and feel honored to be able to provide such an incredible service.
