As our Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team with a spirit of accountability, positivity, and engagement.
- You will provide an exceptional in-store experience through genuine Client Relationship Development
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual store sales and profit goals while maintaining expenses
- Lead the team towards high levels of accountability and responsibility for results
- Recruit and hire Sales Consultants who represent the NIC ZOE brand
- Champion training, coaching, and development to deliver strong selling skills to Sales Consultants and Stylists
- Motivate staff to meet store goals and comply with company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate has results-oriented leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for selling. A minimum 3-5 years of management experience in premium branded fashion retail is required.
