Join us for a competitive salary package of $40,000 - $45,000 for the position of Operations / Production Assistant.

As an Operations / Production Assistant , you will have a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our production processes. This position offers you the chance to work in a cooperative setting that fosters personal and professional growth.

Compensation :

40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Scheduling :

Check for material that came in and jobs marked ready for scheduling. Contact the customer to coordinate the install date
Be the liaison and responsible for the relationship between the company and the installer
Manage the workload of installers to keep them busy and jobs are being completed
Call customers to discuss jobs
Troubleshoot issues to create creative solutions

Ordering :

Monitor stock levels and order products when needed

Order products for jobs using FloorZap (CRM), emails, and phone calls

Identify opportunities to save money where appropriate

Showroom Support :

Answer phone calls and answer customer questions about measurements, jobs, and payments

Schedule measurements for customers

Assist customers in the showroom with the selection process

Document all interactions

Document all selections

Work Schedule : Work 1 day a week late and every other Saturday

Qualifications :

The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and be highly organized, as they will oversee crucial aspects of the customer journey such as ordering, scheduling, and quality control

Strong soft skills required for this role include empathy, excellent communication skills (verbal, written, electronic), critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication between the company and installation teams is essential to ensure customers receive top-notch service

This position is pivotal to the continuous growth and prosperity of Nice in Newark, OH.
