As a Server Assistant/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the guests. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
