JOB SUMMARY:
This role works with Sales Management to manage current and new customer inquiries, coordinate sales and marketing activities, and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate office environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, project management, and filing, to sales and department managers..
- Maintain and update customer, prospect, and vendor records.
- Support, maintain, and build deeper relationships with current customer base.
- Work with sales team to develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update company records as needed or directed.
- Maintain and update project files as directed.
- Assist with proposals as directed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, with Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or client services environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, and sales support roles.
- Basic knowledge of the third-party payer market including Managed Care, Workers’ Compensation, and Medicare is a plus.
- Experience with database management (CRM, preferably HubSpot) word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of all NICE Recovery and similar cold and compression products preferred.
