Position Summary:
Nice Touch Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide comprehensive dental care in a technologically advanced and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive2 dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, crown and bridge, implant restorations and removable dentures.
- Utilize advanced dental technology, including CEREC, CBCT, and 3D printing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Stay on time with schedule.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Valid Colorado dental license.
- Experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
- Familiarity with modern dental technology.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, hard-working, and mindful approach to patient care.
- Ability to stay on schedule.
Schedule:
- 2 days per week, 8-hour days.
- Expected patient volume: 12-15 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 30% of production, with no lab expenses.
- $700 minimum daily pay.
