Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to determine the root cause and implement appropriate solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of user accounts and access rights.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information by implementing appropriate measures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in information technology or a related field.
• Five years of proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
• Experience with Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
