Concrete Estimator Role
We seek a skilled Concrete Estimator with multi-year experience in Commercial and Industrial construction markets.
This position is based in our Newtongrove, North Carolina office, focusing on foundations, slabs, tilt-wall and large-scale elevated structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new relationships with vendors and suppliers to evaluate their project contributions.
- Analyze vendors continuously to assess pricing and secure best price commitments while adhering to ECC standards.
- Develop and manage proposals according to ECC guidelines.
- Determine job specifics and required equipment.
- Prepare bid forms and proposal letters.
- Complete post-bid activities.
- Foster client relationships to ensure bid receipt and smooth closeout.
- Track potential projects, updating management on progress.
- Maintain attention to detail and cost/scope changes during projects.
- Analyze unawarded jobs to monitor competition.
