Responsibilities :

Lead the development of accurate and comprehensive concrete estimates for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Analyze project documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs.

Collaborate with project teams to determine construction methods, schedules, and budgets.

Develop subcontractor scopes and ensure competitive pricing for concrete work packages.

Present cost estimates and value engineering solutions to internal teams and clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience :

10 years of concrete estimating experience, particularly for projects exceeding $50MM.

Expertise in Healthcare, Higher Education, and / or Life Sciences sectors is a plus.

Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, labor costs, and industry best practices.

Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam, or similar tools.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
