Our client is a leading General Contractor in Nashville, TN who specialize in Commercial & Federal work. This client has increased their output significantly over the last 6 months, so are in need of a new estimator to join their preconstruction team.
On Offer
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for working with the preconstruction team on projects from $500,000 up to $500M across multiple sectors. You may be responsible for mentoring & leading Junior Estimators/Interns on day to day tasks.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of preconstruction experience with a General Contractor
- Experience within Operations/Field work is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Sub contractor relationships in Nashville is a plus
- Experience using up to date estimating softwares (preferred)
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
