POSITION / TITLE : Business Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY : In the role of a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility lies in analyzing operational data, optimizing workflows, boosting efficiency, and spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at propelling overall production, operations, and sales performance. To achieve this, you will leverage technology solutions such as ERP and barcode systems, among others, to ensure their effective utilization. Through your efforts, you will contribute to the enhancement of operational excellence and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in data and operations analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal users and teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
- Write user stories, develop prototypes and analyze solutions to address business needs.
- Work with PMO and developers to implement solutions using ERP (IFS) and other systems.
- Use data analytics to extract insights from diverse datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders for decision-making.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to understand operational challenges and optimize processes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations and implement automation solutions.
