What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Selector position at Nicholas and Co?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as an Order Selector. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule:
4-Day work week - start time is 4:30 PM-Until Finished. 10-hour shifts + mandatory OT as needed
You will have every other Friday and every Saturday off
You will be scheduled to work Sunday and Thursday
You will possibly have to work rotating Friday shifts.
The remaining two scheduled days and one unscheduled day will be determined by business needs
Must be able to work Monday-Thursday first week for training.
Pay:
$18.50 per hour switch to incentive pay after training
Responsibilities:
Maneuver a rider pallet jack and pallet jack through the warehouse.
Build a safe and neat pallet of products to be delivered to the customer.
Locate products (cases, boxes, and bags) according to the efficient organization system of our warehouse.
Work in compliance with company standards of accuracy, product safety, labeling, and OSHA food and safety standards.
Required:
Must be 18 years of age.
Work in a fast-paced team environment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Inspect and minor maintenance of the equipment.
Must complete pre-employment physical agility test.
Match stickers/labels to the items and perform simple math.
Work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28-38, and Dry ambient temps).
