Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Casino Sales Team in Nevada. (Position is remote Las Vegas or remote Reno) As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients and driving sales revenue. You will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,00 (Base Salary Uncapped Commissions Auto & Phone Allowance)

Responsibilities:

• Improve efficiencies within the company.
• Manage the over-all performance of the accounts assigned.
• Understand the company’s tactical goals and objective strategic goals, overall department focus, department customer base and all aspects of each account contract you are responsible for including KPIs.
• Develop a strong working relationship with all internal departments.
• Be a good ambassador for the company throughout the company distribution territory as well as the industry.
• Understand and interpret RFP’s and contracts (distribution agreements.).
• Ensure that all contacts are maintained 100% in accordance with the key performance indicators established for the account.
• Develop a strong working relationship with all key contracts with your accounts on Corporate, Franchise level as well as the Unit Management.
• Balance both office work and unit visitation. 80% Administration and 20% Unit Visitation. This ratio can vary by account and will be reviewed quarterly to ensure accountability.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of related Sales or Account executive experience in foodservice distribution.
• Customer service experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Understand and interpret company and department sales report.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Motivated self-starter
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint.
