The Activity Director is responsible for enhancing our patients and residents quality of life.
The ideal candidate will:
Organize, plan, and implement programs
Have dementia care/activities experience
Enthusiastic, passionate about motivating and serving our residents
Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Have a compassionate and caring demeanor
Possess the ability to build rapport with residents and other care team members
Work well in teams
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent. SRNA License preferred.
• Certified Activity Director in the state employed.
• Two years of experience in social or recreational programming.
• Experience in management duties.
