Job Duties
Responsibility / Duty
Teach 15 contact hours of general education geology courses per semester, such as physical geology, historical geology, petroleum geology, and coastal geology; demonstrate good teaching skills and the ability to implement sound pedagogy for both in-person and online instruction; plan course material and assignments; establish and fulfill learning objectives and assign grades in accordance with University policy; hold 10 office hours each week, and be generally available to students.
