What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant position at Nichols Environmental Consulting, LLC?
Duties to include: Organizing files, scheduling, job setup (in database), ordering equipment and supplies, technical writing, job tracking and workflow along with marketing, company outreach and proposal preparation. Job progression to promote to operations manager with supervisory roles. Additional roles may include invoicing/ assistance with accounting/ HR staff as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
