We are looking to expand and grow our Front Desk team. The Front Desk plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel during all shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, enjoy meeting new people, and the ability to manage various front desk tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities Include
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate information of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
-Making sure the lobby and front desk are clean and clutter free
-Folding towels and linens
