Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
