Nichols School is seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented and energetic person to join our Maintenance Team in the full-time role of Lead Maintenance Technician. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the school’s maintenance operations, ensuring the functionality and reliability of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues; conducting routine inspections; and seasonal ground work. The pay for this non-exempt position is estimated between $20-$30 per hour depending on experience.
