We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our Personal Lines team as an Insurance Account Manager in our Centralia, WA office.

Job Summary:
As a member of our Personal Lines department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our supportive team members to provide Personal Insurance with a personal touch. We make insurance personal by getting to know our clients’ unique needs and lifestyles so that we can properly protect against a range of potential risks. We understand the diversity amongst our clients and work diligently to ensure that they and their families are appropriately covered.
Our team is experienced and licensed in Property & Casualty insurance products, including auto insurance, home and specialty dwelling policies, and coverage for toys such as motorcycles, boats, and RVs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers and vendors.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems.
- Prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and underwriters.
- Review and analyze quotations from carriers.
- Prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to our clients.
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
- Promote and cross-sell additional coverage to our clients.
- Occasional evening meetings and travel required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Washington State Property & Casualty License.
- Previous insurance experience.
