What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Nicholson Construction Co?
At Nicholson, innovation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s what we’ve been doing for nearly 70 years. You’ll join a team that values creativity as much as building things, and where your ideas will shape our future.
Status: Exempt
Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Services
Who are you?
You’re not just a marketing coordinator; you’re a storyteller, a problem solver, and you make ideas come to life uniquely. You thrive on creativity, collaboration, and you’re always thinking outside the box. You understand that every project is a chance to shape how our industry, partners and clients perceive Nicholson Construction.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept it):
Be the creative force behind Nicholson Construction's brand. From digital campaigns to hands-on tradeshows and event coordination, you'll ensure our message stands out in a sea of sameness and conformity. You’ll blend strategy with ingenuity, making every initiative as innovative as the projects we build. Both internally and externally.

-
- Work hand-in-hand with the Leadership team, Business Development, HR, Safety, Sales and Engineering teams to bring their visions to life.
- Build relationships with vendors and partners who’ll help make your ideas shine and save money along the way.

- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is cool, but we’re also big fans of real-world experience.
