Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept it) :

Be the creative force behind Nicholson Construction's brand. From digital campaigns to hands-on tradeshows and event coordination, you'll ensure our message stands out in a sea of sameness and conformity. You’ll blend strategy with ingenuity, making every initiative as innovative as the projects we build. Both internally and externally.

Your Superpowers :

Marketing & Communications Maven

Develop and execute imaginative marketing and communication plans that wow audiences inside and outside the company.

• Bring our brand voice to life through social media and website content that people actually want to read.

Project Wrangler Extraordinaire

Manage marketing projects with creative flair, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met and ideas sparkle.

Content Wizard

Partner with a graphic designer to create visuals that pop and messages that resonate.

Collaboration Ninja

Work hand-in-hand with the Leadership team, Business Development, HR, Safety, Sales and Engineering teams to bring their visions to life.

Education & Training :

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is cool, but we’re also big fans of real-world experience.

Experience :

3-5 years in marketing. Agency environment or in-house - your choice.
