Nicholson Heating and Air is seeking an Operations Manager (Integrator) to enhance organizational efficiency and accountability. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and close collaboration with the Visionary.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the Visionary’s ideas into actionable plans.
- Develop and implement operational processes.
- Ensure accountability for processes developed with the Visionary.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, including Level 10 Meetings.
- Align key processes across all departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve issues and maintain operational stability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or as an EOS Integrator.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize processes.
