What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Apprentice - Up to $24/hr position at Nicholson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning?
Nicholson Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning, located in Holliston, MA is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to join our team. The Electrical Service Apprentice will help and assist performing residential service including but not limited to: Electrical panels, GCI, outlets, light and fan installation, garbage disposal, etc. The ideal candidate should possess over-the-top customer service and must have a drive to grow and excel in Electric. The Electrical Apprentice will be afforded training to improve knowledge and skills to promote growth in the Electrical department. The candidate should have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist Electrical Service Expert in troubleshooting, keeping work area neat and clean, stocking truck before scheduled job, etc.
- Assist in maintenance and repair on electrical panel, outlets, lights, switches, dimmers, garbage disposals, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by Electrical Service Expert and Electrical Service Manager
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Residential Service/ Electrical Apprentice a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Able to work with minimal supervision and be accountable for your own production.
- Work well in a fast-paced, safety-concious environment.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Drive to pursue further education and training to excel in Electrical Department.
