Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs.
  • Actively market and sell Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business policies.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans to support agency operations and growth.
  • Achieve targeted sales goals to advance through the program's milestones.
  • Attend Farmers University training to enhance product and business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with your mentor agent to refine your marketing, quoting, and binding processes.

    • Requirements

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and leadership potential.
  • Proven sales experience or equivalent skills in customer-facing roles.
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life and Health (L&H) insurance licenses (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
