Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Nick & Mike Bar and Grill. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the restaurant team.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to guests.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of house, back of house, and bar management.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
