Responsibilities
- Engage with PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis
- Plan and conduct two open houses each month
- Transform prospects and leads into confirmed appointments
- Join weekly script practice sessions in line with team protocols
- Engage in team events as per team standards
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Assist buyers in securing agreements and locating homes
- Draft and negotiate offers for buyers
- Use PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client data
Qualifications
- Driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Skilled in building relationships, active listening, and resolving issues
- Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
- Capable of handling objections with ease
