Job Summary
As a CSM at Nick the Marketer, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and measurable results. You’ll manage client relationships, guide them through our digital marketing solutions, and help them understand key performance metrics.
Salary Range:
$36,000 base PLUS monthly commission AND monthly retention bonus
Company Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude to all team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze digital marketing reports, including SEO, PPC, and social media analytics, to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Educate clients on the impact of their campaigns, helping them interpret performance data and optimize their marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client goals align with campaign execution and overall marketing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Weekly meeting preparation and attendance
Performance Measurables:
- Maintain 97% Quarterly Retention of Existing Accounts
- Garner New Reviews for NTM and UCMP - Monthly
- Check-in meetings with clients - Monthly
- Upgrading Existing Clients to additional services - Quarterly
Will also perform other duties as are customarily performed by an employee in a similar position, as well as unrelated services and duties that may be assigned from time to time by Nick the Marketer, LLC.

Job Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, one will need to be computer proficient, have a keen eye with attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a problem solver, and willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website analytics.
- Ability to read and interpret marketing performance reports, with a focus on KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital marketing data into client-friendly insights.
- Experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing preferred.
