Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and facilities management, ensuring that the community remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Real Page software for data entry, lease management, and tracking resident accounts.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Feature amenities and services to enhance resident experience.
- Maintain accurate records related to leasing agreements, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Organize community events to promote resident engagement and foster a sense of community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real Page or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in facilities management is an advantage.
