We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This position if full time with hour wage plus commissions and bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Real Page software for data entry and management of tenant information.
- Assist in highlighting amenities and services to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing contracts, managing office supplies, and coordinating with facilities management as needed.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement marketing strategies that attract potential tenants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real Page or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance purposes.
