What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Keep Us Compliant: Ensure new compliance tasks are accurately and efficiently entered into our database.
- Master the Details: Verify that client checklist items are correctly reflected in StaffBot, from healthcare licenses to background checks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Assist with uploading and retrieving critical documents and maintaining credentialing records across platforms.
- Audit and Maintain Excellence: Regularly review and update credentials to ensure everything is current and in order.
- Drive Effective Communication: Act as the go-to person for agencies, clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Stay Organized: Run reports, manage portals, and maintain a high level of efficiency in everything you do.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to a team that supports one another and always delivers.
