NTS is Searching for a Quality Assurance Manager for a Full Time Direct Opportunity in Mesa, AZ.
Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager is a key authority in all matters concerning processes and product quality as established by AS9110C, Engineering specifications, Government (DOD) and FAA regulations, and approved Quality Assurance Standards. In addition, provides continuous improvement for Maintenance and Logistic procedures.
Education & Work Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 5 years managing quality organization
- Bachelor degree preferred
Certification/License Requirements:
- FAA A&P Certificate Required
- FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate Required
- AS9110C Lead Auditor training course
Job Requirements:
- Aviation experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of AS9110C, FAA part 91 regulations and FAA Order 8130-2.
- Adaptability to listen, analyze, and convey new solutions to analyze project performance and client satisfaction results.
- International travel throughout the U.S. may be required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Software - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
