Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding services to assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to handle very high call volume.
- Strong office skills with proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills in English/ Spanish.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
