The Nicklaus Children's Hospital Careers is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neonatologist to join our team at the De George Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Jupiter Medical Center. As a Staff Relief/POOL opportunity, you will have the chance to work alongside our experienced neonatologists and advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment.
This 16-bed unit is equipped to care for babies born as early as 30 weeks, and we adhere to policies and procedures shared with Nicklaus Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in newborn resuscitation, including intubation, umbilical line placement, and peripheral cannulation. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate cooperatively with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Attending deliveries and providing prenatal consultations

- Rounding on well babies in the Level II nursery
Requirements:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school
- Current state medical license and in good standing with medical board
- American Heart Association BLS certification
