Responsibilities
- Assist with Examinations and Treatment: Under the direction of the physician and/or clinician, assist with examinations and treatment of patient care.
- Perform Administrative Functions: Perform various administrative functions including answering telephones, routing calls, taking, and relaying accurate phone messages.
- Maintain Medical Records: Maintain medical records, document vital signs and measurements, and provide patient education.
- Prepare Billing and Reconciliation: Prepare billing charge and reconciliation, assist in completing claims forms, and answer patient questions in reference to payment status.
