We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for renovating, restoring, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with power tools, trim carpentry, masonry, and concrete pumping. Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Operate concrete mixers to create the desired consistency
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Use power tools to shape and finish concrete surfaces
- Apply finishes such as sealants, stains, or epoxy coatings
- Perform trim carpentry work to create decorative elements
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete mixing techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with power tools used in concrete finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
